TCM (LSS) Ltd are a business improvement consultancy based in Edinburgh, Scotland and working worldwide. We offer coaching, training and consultancy services to all sizes of business from single consultant engagement to longer term deep engagement with larger corporate clients.
The TCM engagement model is based around working with a client to map a prospective journey to future sustainability and world class performance and to coach their staff to attain the new heights. We use a range of tools and coaching methods to achieve those aims and plan to leave the client with a firm grasp of the continuous improvement journey upon which they have embarked.
We are always available to past and present clients for additional assistance either by further engagement or by simple telephone or email advice

With over 30 years experience in industry, Nick is Six Sigma Black Belt and expert at waste reduction and elimination. His career has spanned from automotive to defence and from injection moulding to welding and fabrication and multiple stops between.
Derek McTear

Derek is a hugely experienced lean practitioner who learned his business in the car industry. He has subsequently worked all over the world in consultancy and management roles for several consultancy firms and as a directly hired contract consultant. Derek has taken on both consultancy and management roles and is a qualified Lean Six Sigma green belt with huge experience
